Can I buy Sugalight ice cream from your shops?
Sugalight Ice Cream does not operate retail shops. You can choose to self-collect at our factory or purchase pints tubs from selected NTUC Fairprice outlets.
Are you a licensed food manufacturer?
Better4u.sg is a Halal-certified, SFA-licensed ice cream manufacturer.
Why are some ice cream flavours indicated as Halal while others are not?
All our ice creams use Halal ingredients. But MUIS requires each flavour to be certified separately, so only some popular flavours are officially certified.
We never use alcohol or gelatin in any of our products.
I require a foam box and dry ice for my ice cream.

Can you deliver my ice creams to a recipient's address?
Yes, you may specify a different delivery address. For all deliveries, only a Delivery Order slip will be attached. Pricing details are not shown to the recipient.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfer or PayNow.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery / eInvoice?

Can you deliver ice cream on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays?
Deliveries generally take place 9am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays. WhatsApp us at 96326261 if you need specific weekend deliveries.
Will you inform me prior to delivery?
Yes, we will normally WhatsApp / Email you our intended delivery date, one day before delivery.
How soon can I receive my order?
For Singapore orders, we typically deliver within 3 working days. If you need your items on a specific day, please let us know in the comments section when you place your order.
A quick note on bank transfers: We can only process your order after the funds have been successfully transferred to our account. To help us speed things up, please include your order reference number (e.g., AGFEBE) in the transfer details.

We understand you have an urgent request. For any order that needs to be delivered within the next 24 hours, you must contact us for confirmation of availability before placing the order. This ensures we can meet your deadline.
Can you deliver ice cream outside of Singapore?
Taking your ice cream on a flight can be a challenge, but it's not impossible! We've had customers successfully hand-carry our ice cream on their flights. Please contact us to enquire.
