Q: Do you do supply ice cream for corporate events or weddings?
A: Yes please visit sugalight.com for more info as well as a no-obligations quote.
Q: Can I buy Sugalight ice cream from your shops?
A: Sugalight Ice Cream does not operate retail shops. You may self-collect at our factory or purchase pints tubs from selected NTUC Fairprice outlets.
Q: Are you a licensed food business?
A: We are a Halal-certified, SFA-licensed ice cream manufacturer operating out of a food factory (Jurong Food Hub).
Q: Why are some ice cream flavours indicated as Halal while others are not?
A: All the ice creams showcased on better4u.sg are made with Halal ingredients in our Halal-certified plant. However, under MUIS guidelines, an ice cream flavour can only be Halal-certified if it undergoes the certification process. As we carry a wide range of flavours, only selected popular flavours have been sent for the certification process. In general, we strictly avoid the use of alcohol and gelatin in our products.
Q: I require a foam box and dry ice for my ice cream.
A: Please add the following item to your shopping cart before checking out: FOAM BOX AND DRY ICE PACKAGE . All ice cream orders are entitled to a $10 discount on the mentioned set.
Q: Can you deliver my ice creams to a recipient's address?
A: Yes, you may specify a different delivery address. For all deliveries, only a Delivery Order slip will be attached. Pricing details are not shown to the recipient.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept major credit cards and also bank transfer / PayNow to our Singapore account.
Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery / eInvoice?

Q: Can I trust you with my credit card details?
A: All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card info.

Q: Can you deliver ice cream on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays?
A: Deliveries generally take place 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. WhatsApp us at 96326261 if you need specific weekend deliveries.
Q: Will you inform me prior to delivery?
A: Yes, we will normally WhatsApp / Email you our intended delivery date, one day before delivery.
Q: How soon can I receive my ice cream / items?
A: For Singapore orders, we normally deliver within 5 days of ordering. You may also specify a preferred delivery date in the order comments section.
Please note for payment by Bank Transfer, orders will only be processed upon the successful transfer of funds to our account. Please assist us by keying in your order reference number (eg: AGFEBEHDC) when transferring.
